Exchange & Return Policy

Refund and Return Policy:

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of the order being placed  & email us at
  • The product purchased via website can only be returned/refunded through the website. If the product has been purchased from a retail outlet or another partner online store, the customer will have to return it via their supplier’s established return channel.
  • The returning product should be in its original damaged condition and it should include all the accessories shipped with the product, in such a case email us at within 24 Hours of product received. 
  • Any product purchased on promotional price can only be returned under warranty claims. 
  • Any product having operational issues cannot be returned if it has been used but it can be claimed in warranty. 
  • Multynet offers 72 working hour’s policy, in case of the damaged product delivered, we will pick up the product in 72 working hours. 
  • To initiate a return/refund customer should email at or call at +92311-7772096 
  • If the product is purchased via cash on delivery it will require 7 days to transfer the refund to an associated bank account (submitted by the customer) once the refund is approved by the head office.
  • Company reserves the right to approve/disapprove a refund. 
  • For product purchased via credit/debit card, bank transfer or mobile wallet (using our payment partner JazzCash), it will require 7 days to transfer the refund once the refund is approved by the head office. 
  • In case of REFUND, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

Exchange policy:

  • Change of mind or preference will not be catered in exchange policy.
  • The product will be eligible for exchange if the product is damaged, defected, or does not match the product ordered.
  • In case of Exchange, Customer will bear the shipping and handling charges.
